Meet Lauren
Registered Nurse & Nurse Coach
Hi! My name is Lauren Jennings. I am a Registered Nurse with a Bachelors Degree from University of Texas in El Paso. I am seeking to help clients grab their health by the reigns and take control! I specialize in mental health like anxiety and depression. I am also passionate about preventative health and am beginning to dip my toes into herbal education. I am also a Christian and know Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior. I am wanting to incorporate my faith and Gods love and healing into my coaching whenever possible, but will NEVER force it on you. I am here to respect you and your boundaries. Whatever those boundaries may be! I have a nursing background in Primary Care, Psychiatric Nursing, and Dialysis. Going through my own mental health journey was the catalyst in becoming a nurse coach and what continues to drive me in this direction. I deal with my mental health on a daily basis and incorporate holistic modalities to take care of it! Let me help you navigate this journey and create a personalized health plan to help you feel like you are in control again. If taking control of your life is something that peaks your interest, LETS TALK! I provide a free consultation for my clients, so book now!

Meet Pam
Registered Nurse
I’m Pamela White RN, BSN and welcome to the Nurse 2 Nurse Health & Wellness where you can schedule a time to meet with me about your healthcare needs. I graduated with my ADN in 2017 from Dallas Community College program, and my BSN in 2019 from Texas Tech EL Paso. My goal is to encourage you to meet your goals every step of the way to attain a healthier version of yourself. We can always do a better job of taking care of ourselve’s, but sometimes we put our needs aside to help those we love and care about. You have to take care of you first. I have been there time and time again pushing my needs aside and realized that I could not keep doing that long term for my own well-being. My journey of mental and physical health struggles led me to where I am now. As the saying goes, “You can’t pour from an empty cup”. Well I’m here to help you fill your cup and keep it full as much as possible so you have time to fully focus on what matters to you and your loved ones. If you are ready to make a difference in your life, we can focus on multiple areas of health coaching whether it be physical, emotional, and or spiritual I am here for you. As a bonus, I have experience in veterinary knowledge as well. I have worked 8+ years as a Vet Tech working with a variety of animals such as, reptiles, birds, and small mammals. I would love to meet your pets and if you would like to include an overall health consult for your furry, feathered, or scaly friend we can do so because their overall health matters too. Feel free to reach out to me about a free consultation and get a preview of what you and your pets customized plans will be like. I can’t wait to meet you and or your pets!

“Wellness is the complete integration of body, mind, and spirit – the realization that everything we do, think, feel, and believe has an effect on our state of well-being.”
